Unraveling The Mind


This week, you will become more aware of the many ways your mind has controlled and conditioned you to play small. 

We will address the little girl within and remind her of her magic. 

We will bring her forward and meld her magic with the woman you are now and you are destined to be:

  • Wise
  • Successful
  • The Embracer of Life

Reframing is the key. To become more aware of the words you use and think and to reframe them into one of power and strength.

Unraveling The Body


You will learn to listen to your wise body as you become more aware of your thoughts and words. 

What do you think you need versus what your body needs to support you better?

A divine awareness of the proper food for you will bring you:
  • Greater Clarity
  • Energy
  • Restful sleep

Week Three

Unraveling The Soul 



Your soul yearns to soar and bring forth your magic to the world. It doesn’t matter what your gifts are as long as you use them to the highest caliber you can. 

Your mind is unraveling, and you are eating better. This allows your soul to speak with greater clarity, reminding you of your magic and how to share it with the world.

Bringing it together



How can you invite and receive your truest desires? 

This week is about calling in what you deeply desire and being open to receiving. 

Becoming aware of your emotional intelligence and owning your mastery will give you the power to have the life you never thought possible. 

It’s all the magic and energy wrapped up in a bow.

Releasing and Inviting in the New


This last week will be full of Q&A time as healing continues that addresses divine feminine wounds and limiting beliefs, so you are ready to step into your magic with confidence and joy. 

We will dive deep so that you will leave this container with more friends, a stronger network, and a deeper sense of never being alone.
